Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may be extended during high order volume, promotional periods, or if additional order verification is required.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using our partnered logistics carriers. For most destinations—including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Europe—delivery typically takes 8–14 working days from dispatch and processing.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

The maximum standard delivery timeframe for international orders is 30 working days from the date of dispatch.

Custom, Made-to-Order, or Out-of-Stock Items
Certain items may be custom-produced, made-to-order, or temporarily out of stock at the time of purchase. For these orders, the delivery timeframe may extend up to 60 working days from the date of dispatch.

By placing an order for these products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the extended fulfillment timeframe.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • International logistics congestion

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the applicable timeframe (30 working days for standard orders or up to 60 working days for custom or out-of-stock items), please contact our support team so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our fulfillment and international shipping process, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.
